This is a somatic journey and energy healing session, similar to receiving reiki, while being led through a meditation.
It takes about 30 minutes. Then we’ll chat and discuss the experience after as a group, and I’ll answer any questions you may have. 60 -90 minutes in all, depending on how many souls join LIVE.
