Journey into deeper self love and compassion for the heroic human journey of your inner child.

The following guided somatic meditation accesses higher levels of consciousness and includes energy healing practices. You may experience new or different sensations during or after the session, including feeling tired or angry. This is a natural part of the process. Be sure to drink lots of water after and ground yourself.

If you have extra energy or emotions that needs expressing, please do so in a safe and healthy manner such as yoga, dance, going for a walk or talking to a trusted friend.
