For the woman who FEELS it all

• “Why has life felt so difficult for me?”

• “I’m so tired of suffering!”

• “I want to find a NEW way”

• “I desire a different kind of relationship…

with myself,

with a partner,

with friends

with the Divine,

Does this inner dialogue sound familiar?

My heart is for women

particularly, Highly Sensitive Women

Women who FEEL it all

and have experienced far more than their fair share of struggle and trauma

This is the Lane I run in

helping them navigate these important junctures in Life:

Breakthrough

Reclamation

And Rebirth

Those three experiences sound lovely.

They’re the Lightworker’ words to describe transformation.

But I’m going to tell you their counter part:

Crisis

Confusion

And Chaos.

These are their Shadow sides.

And the two of them MUST come together, 

in order to achieve true and lasting transformation.

That means—

First we heal

then we walk out liberation.

And let me tell you,

this process is far from pretty and straightforward

For every expansion,

there followings an equal or greater contraction.

Because freedom is confronting!

And fear threatens to overtake us, 

before facing it, finally sets us free.

But it’s in this BRAVE and BOLD act that we discover

we were never powerless to begin with!

In fact, we are Sovereign 

OVER the very things we are most terrified of.

If you do not know how to hold yourself through this experience

or have people who can adequately support you in Love

(and without projecting more fear)

we can unconsciously re-traumatize ourselves ,

spin out of control or

self sabotage our progress.

Allow me to enter into this space with you — and for you
